WHAT'S INVOLVED?

MOBILITY

This is not being able to do the splits or being able to hold your leg up by your head. This is about your bodies ability to control the demands you put on it. A shoulder press needs you to be able to raise your hands above your head without allowing any other part of your body to help you.

I observe you move to identify any potential imbalances so when you do load your body in the gym or at home you don't feel pain or get seriously injured.

We improve your bodies range of movement and develop strength in those new ranges for long term movement health. 

MOVEMENT

Understanding how to move your body and get into various positions and controlling that position. 

This is about warm ups, breathing, tension and every other possible combination for an exercise you can find.

This is awareness of your body and how it moves best to improve and allow it to progress.

STRENGTH

Building on your mobility and movement to develop strength in those patterns. This takes a combination of many training protocols like 5-3-1, German Volume, Westside, Supersets, Pauses....this is training to help you build strength over time, safely and improve your mental aptitude. 


ENDURANCE

Developing your energy systems in a variety of ways to help you improve your aerobic, a-lactic and anaerobic abilities. 

We utilise a variety of methods to help make improvements without making it complicated and it starts with breathing!
