The basics of exercise are an essential part of any good training plan. When we develop awareness of what our bodies are capable of doing we can focus on getting the best results and work harder.
Doubt causes chaos and when you start to doubt the process of exercise and follow the plan you only help your body develop what it's weak at, from how you think to how you move, do it badly or skip ahead and do what you're not ready for and you set yourself for burnout and injury.

This is not being able to do the splits or hold your leg up by your head. This is your bodies ability to control its end range, a shoulder press needs you to be able to hold your hands above your head without allowing another part of your body to help you.
We improve your bodies range of movement and develop strength in those new ranges for long term movement health.
Understanding how to move your body into positions and controlling that position. This is about warm ups, breathing, tension and every other possible combination for an exercise you can find.
This is awareness of your body and how it moves best to improve and allow it to progress.
Building on your mobility and movement to develop strength in those patterns. This takes a combination of many training protocols like 5-3-1, German Volume, Westside, Supersets, Pauses....this is training blocks to help you build strength over time, safely.
Developing your energy systems in a variety of ways to help you improve your aerobic, a-lactic and anaerobic abilities.
We utilise a variety of methods to help make improvements without making it complicated.
